PROPERTY BRANDING: A BOUTIQUE FAMILY OF TOWNHOMES

Four was delighted to work alongside our client Ensemble Property with their first-ever property project: Prelude and created the entire project branding concept and visual.

We tried to find the most suitable name for the project being the first-born baby and the process was just as exciting. We wanted to keep the musical theme as well as reflect the meaning of the beginning. Prelude became the perfect choice.

Prelude sits in a quiet treelined street at the edge of Doncaster Hill. It brings a taste of urban edge to the neighbourhood with minimalist cube forms, black metal-framed windows and expansive glass-walled balconies.

To match the architect's style, we have selected a neutral and soft tone for the project to elevate its elegance. The meticulously crafted interior promotes multilevel open-plan living with soft tones, stone feature walls, concealed lighting and premium fittings.

We have also incorporated a classical music theme throughout renders and other collaterals.
