Yizi Garments Co. Ltd is a medium-sized garment factory located in Dalian, China. While it has excellent production and export capabilities, its brand recognition outside of China is almost zero, and there are no continuous sales leads. With ongoing changes in China's trade relations with the world and the outbreak of the pandemic, the roles played by Chinese factories have been further impacted. Yizi urgently needs to upgrade its factory brand, particularly for the European and North American markets, and establish its own brand to compete with similar manufacturers.
