Yizi Garments Co. Ltd is a medium-sized garment factory located in Dalian, China. It has excellent capacity in production and export, but its brand recognition outside of China is almost zero and there is no continuous sales leads. With ongoing changes in the trade relations that China has with the world and the outbreak of the pandemic, the roles in which the Chinese factories play have been further impacted. Yizi urgently needs to upgrade the factory brand particularly for the European and North American markets and to establish its own brand in order to compete with similar manufacturers.


Yizi has come to Four and Co to help them upgrade its brand in the international market to enhance its brand image of garment OEM in the Asia Pacific, European and North American markets.
